Soul-Sense, together with the related video series, audio recordings, written works, meditations, and any other materials published by Malcolm Kingley and/or the Kingley Foundation (collectively, the “Work”), is offered solely as a statement of religious, theological, and metaphysical conviction, constituting an exercise of religious liberty protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and Article I, Section 11 of the Washington State Constitution. The Work reflects the personal spiritual study and convictions of the author and is published as protected religious expression.
The Work is not medical advice. It is not psychiatric, psychological, mental-health, nutritional, pharmacological, legal, financial, tax, or any other form of professional advice.
