This Privacy Policy describes how Malcolm Kingley and the Kingley Foundation, a faith-based ministry registered in the State of Washington (collectively, the “Foundation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information about you in connection with your use of www.soulsense.life (the “Site”) and the related book, video series, meditation, audio narration, and other materials we make available (together with the Site, the “Service”). By using the Service you consent to the data practices described in this Policy.
(a) Information you provide. When you contact us, sign up for any communication, make a donation, or otherwise interact with us, you may provide information such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, payment information (processed by our third-party payment processors), and the contents of any message you send us.
(b) Information collected automatically. When you access the Service, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, time spent, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This information is generally collected through standard server logs, cookies, and similar technologies.
(c) Information from third-party platforms. Videos on the Service are delivered through Vimeo. Donations are processed through third-party payment providers. These third parties may collect and process information directly from you in accordance with their own privacy policies.
(d) Sensitive information. We do not request, and ask that you do not send us, sensitive personal information (including information about your health, medical history, or religious beliefs beyond what is incidental to your contacting us). Any such information you voluntarily provide is processed solely to respond to your communication.
